Bios The company was founded by 3 brothers - Kelly, Jay and James Candy. All three spent considerable time in both public and private sector roles utilizing technology in various capacities. The combined background and expertise of these three founders includes public sector IT planning, consulting with PriceWaterhouse Coopers, senior management roles within a publicly traded telecommunications company, certified network installations including wireless, fiber, copper and coaxial cable, Silicon Valley startup experience, heavy industrial including logging and oilfield, disaster recovery and security services, University level instructing in mathematics, computer science and statistics and much much more. 3CIS added an additional partner in 2002 - Bob Bonnamour.
